Refund policy

Can I / How do I return/exchange unwanted item(s)?

Yes you can return/exchange your item(s). If you have simply changed your mind about the item(s) you have bought from us online, you can return the item(s) to us for a refund or exchange (return delivery charges are non-refundable). We must receive the item(s) within 14 days from the date of the initial purchase. (21 for International customers).

*Please do not remove any of the tags on the item(s). This will void any returns. 

*Please return your item(s) in their original packaging.

Posting back to us

To return an online purchase by post, please contact us for the return's address. vintroomclothinguk@gmail.com 

Place your item(s) back into the original packaging you received them in. We strongly advice that you use a secure and tracked method of postage, i.e. recorded or special delivery, and that you keep hold of your proof of postage, until we receive your return and the refund/exchange is complete. The item(s) and their condition remain your responsibility and all item(s) will be assessed on the arrival of the return. Once you have posted your returned , please send us an email informing us, of your return, the item(s) you are returning and whether you are wanting a refund or exchange. This will speed up the return process.

You will receive an email notification once the refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear in your bank or Paypal. Return delivery charges are non-refundable.
