Returns/Exchanges
Here at Vint Room Angels, we sell all second hand vintage clothing, remade and reworked items, meaning that under the consumer rights act of 2015 we are not obligated to offer returns on the basis of the customer changing their mind or if the item(s) doesn’t fit.
We will show any major flaws if an item has any or state it in the description of the item. As all items are second hand vintage, they may show minor signs of wear. However, if a product is not as described, you do have have the right to claim a full or partial refund for said specific item. We also cannot accept a return if ‘customer has changed their mind, item does not fit or incorrect size was purchased, postage damage or loss or product is no longer needed. You can send us an email to start the returns process.
We have a 14-day returns or exchange policy, which means you will have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return and return the item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to keep hold of the receipt for tracked proof of purchase, as we cannot take any responsibility for loss of items.
To start a return process, you can contact us at vintroomangels@gmail.com, with the subject 'Return/Exchange & Your #Order Number'. If your return/exchange is accepted, you will be given a returns address to post back to. Make sure your item is returned with a printed copy of your purchase with your order number visible, with original tags, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging, as well as any 'freebies' you have received with your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you email us requesting an exchange please ensure to include a screenshot of the item(s) you are wanting to exchange for so we can reserve that item(s) for you, if the cost is more than your original purchase, we will inform you of how to pay the difference, if the item is less we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (usually within 48 hours), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too, (up to 7 working days)
