Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on our READY TO WEAR pieces — these work on an exchange / store credit basis.

Our MADE TO MEASURE denim is cut and made to YOUR exact requests when ordering, so because it's made just for you we can only offer an exchange.

All returns that come back as store credit never expires, so no rush.

If I order Made to Measure, will it look exactly like the model/photo?

Short answer: no.

Made to Measure is us hand-selecting denim and customising it to YOUR size and design choices. Because every single piece of denim is one-of-one, things like wash, colour, distressing, labels etc.. will vary pair to pair. but we do stick to our designs as close as we can.

How do I understand the sizing?

W = Waist, L = Leg, H = Hips — all in inches, always.

Grab your measurements first, THEN find your size. Levi's run pretty true to size (not baggy by default), so if you want that low-rise, baggy fit deffo size up. Bigger waist size = looser everywhere, more room in the hip, bum, leg and will look longer length so adjust your length choice accordingly.

I want that baggy, oversized, boyfriend fit — what size do I pick?

We're obsessed with a baggy fit too. Go up roughly 2 inches on your waist size from your actual measurement or go up one or two sizes to your normal.

Best way to nail it: measure your body where you actually want the jeans to sit (hips, or mid-rise between hip and waist) — then match that number to our waist size.

Example: I would normally wear a waist is 28", but for lower waist I would select a 30" for that lower, baggier fit, I would also chose the mini length, if I wanted an even lower fit, sat on my hips, I'd select 32". Normal size 8, baggy lower rise fit size 10 or 12.

I want a tight fit — what size?

For a snug fit at the waist and bum, go with your true waist/ jeans size just leave a touch of breathing room when measuring so they actually fasten comfortably. Stuck between sizes? Always size up.

How do I wash and care for vintage / customised denim?

Treat it gently — Cold wash, 30°C or below.

Some items maybe only hand wash or spot wash, this will be tagged as advised when you receive your item.

We know it hurts, but skip the dryer. Heat = shrinkage, and not in a good way.

And the distressing? That's only going to get better with time — that's vintage denim doing its thing.

Is the denim brand new?

Nope, never ever. We deal exclusively in vintage denim. It's the best so why would we use anything else?

Every single pair of jeans used is hand picked by myself ( Beth.. and sometimes my daughter likes to help ) and completely are all one of a kind — no two pairs we sew or sell are ever the exact same.

Vintage means lived a life before, so you might spot the occasional mark, fade or rip — that's not a flaw, that's the whole point. It's character, it's history, it's why no fast fashion pair will ever compare. None of it affects how the jeans wear.

Every piece is pre-loved. We don't manufacture anything — we find the good stuff, so you don't have to.
